European Securitization Company SA is a securitization vehicle incorporated on September 2017 under the form a public limited liability company (société anonyme) governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and fully owned by the Swiss company Mantes Capital SA, having its registered office at 4, Rue Fort Wallis, L-2714 Luxemboug, registered with the Luxembourg Register of commerce and companies (Registre du commerce et des sociétés, Luxembourg) under number B 217844.
The objects of the company are to carry out securitization transactions within the meaning of the Securitization Act (law of 22 march 2004) and/or participate in any such transaction by assuming (acquiring) all or part of the securitised risks or by issuing securities to ensure the financing of the transaction, as well as to do all that is connected therewith.
